Requirements

- Cell phone number must match the one on the contact detail link

- If not customer can do it at any Branch or

- Via The Postbank Call Centre toll free 08 00 53 54 55

- No registration required

How does it work?

SMS the word "BAL" and the last four digits (0001670 3142) of your account number to "32302" Please Note: not the last four digits of the card number

What to expect?

The client will receive an SMS with the Postbank Account balance

Charges

Minimal charge of R1.00 per SMS

Can I trust this service?

Yes. Remember the account number is linked to the cell phone number provided by the customer

If I use another cell phone number?

The Postbank system will reject the enquiry and return an error message of an "invalid cell number"
